Those patents protect 8 different families of novel compounds (representing millions of individual molecules), therapeutic compositions including those novel compounds, methods of synthesizing those novel compounds, and methods of treatment using those novel compounds. A placeholder U.S. Patent Application The ten international patent applications entered the national stage process in Q3 2024 in pharmaceutically-strategic regions around the globe. Those international applications will be examined by patent offices in each country over the next several years. We expect a high degree of success with the international patent offices based at least on the overwhelming success we’ve already achieved through the U.S. Patent Office.
